NIFTY TECHNICALS ( SPOT ) – 16.06.08 to 20.06.2008 - WEEKLY REVIEW

Said on Sunday 15thJune, 2008:
"Point to Watch: 4504
Support : 4504, 4493, 4460(68), 4448, 4400, 4395….4318….
Resistance: 4523, 4565, 4588, 4640(50), 4687(91), 4720(40), 4786, 4798, 4836(46), 4880(86), 4900, 4920.
- Comes close to mentioned 5th Resistance 4687(91) @ 4679.75 ( Week’s High)
- This week was an important for my Point to Watch theory because it showed
the overall market behavior above & below the said point. First half of the week
above 4504 which made it almost reach 5th Resistance 4687. Then its closing
exactly at 4504.25 on Thursday (thus proving the importance of the point) &
then the slide on Friday on its inability to hold above it & thereby making (on
the same day) a low at 4333.6 almost reaching Support 7th @ 4318!!!
Conclusion: A sure fire week that proves my Points to Watch theory in both directions. Readers who followed this may have gained on both sides of the Point. (I had already alerted you of a possible break of Lows for Friday!)

RPL : Up only above 181 – Tuesday made Low of 165.1 & did not violate through the week – High 187.8 - Closes @ 170.9
SAIL : Up only above 162 – High 170.4 - Closes @ 154.15
TATA STEEL : Up only above 832 – High 865 - Closes @ 777.4
RELIANCE IND: Up only above 2286 – High 2350 – Closes @ 2099.2
ZEE EL: Up only above 219 – High of 252 – Closes @ 222.10
Conclusion: All scrips gave movements on both sides of the “Up only above” point - conclusion same as Nifty Technicals!!
